By downloading or using Look-$ee, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

No Financial Advice

Look-$ee is a personal expense-tracking tool. Nothing displayed in the app — totals, charts, budget progress, or category breakdowns — constitutes financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make.

Data Storage

All data you enter is stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework, and privately synced through Apple's CloudKit service when you're signed in to iCloud. Look-$ee does not operate its own servers and does not transmit your data to us or any third party — your synced data is stored in your own private iCloud account and remains inaccessible to us.

Accuracy

Look-$ee relies entirely on information you enter manually. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. It is your responsibility to verify your own financial records.

No Warranty

Look-$ee is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Look-$ee's developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Purchases

Look-$ee is a one-time purchase through Apple's App Store, with all features — including iCloud Sync — included at that single price. There is no subscription and no separate in-app purchase. Purchases are processed and refunded by Apple according to Apple's own policies, not by us directly.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
